How we train
Movement Preparation
A personalized routine to prepare your joints for full ranges of motion. Focusing on creating stability around weak points.
At the center of our training is the traditional approach to building strength, muscle, bone density and work capacity. We will focus on upper body pushing and pulling as well as lower body squatting and hinging.
Progressive Overload
Keeping things fresh and engaging is an important part of any training program. It keeps us motivated and allows us to push ourselves to new levels of fitness. During planned deloading we temporarily switch our focus from intensity to skill acquisition. This is where we learn to transition our new found strength and mobility in to real life movement.
Planned Deloading
Programming can be further customized to fit the needs of the individual and their lifestyle. Additional focus may be spent on;
General Physical Preparedness
Metabolic Conditioning
Sports Performance
Body Composition
